Alteration Service<\/h2>\r\n<div class=\"cp-content\">\r\n<p>For selected designs, Caleelilou offers <strong>paid alteration services<\/strong> to help achieve a more comfortable and flattering fit.<\/p>\r\n<p>Available alterations may include:<\/p>\r\n<ul class=\"cp-list\">\r\n<li>Taking in the bust. <\/li>\r\n<li>Taking in the waist. <\/li>\r\n<li>Reducing the garment by up to <strong>one size<\/strong>, depending on the design and construction. <\/li>\r\n<li>Shortening the length of dresses or trousers. <\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p class=\"cp-subheading\">While we always strive to accommodate alteration requests, the feasibility of each adjustment depends on the design, fabric and construction of the garment. Our team will carefully assess each request and recommend the most suitable solution before confirming the alteration.<\/p>\r\n<p>Certain designs, particularly those featuring intricate construction, delicate fabrics or hand-finished details, may not be suitable for alteration.<\/p>\r\n<p>Alteration fees and estimated completion times will be confirmed after our team has reviewed your garment and specific request.<\/p>\r\n<p>Once a garment has been altered at the customer's request, it is <strong>no longer eligible for exchange<\/strong>, unless the issue results from a manufacturing defect or an error by Caleelilou.<\/p>\r\n<\/div><\/section>\r\n<section class=\"cp-section\">\r\n<h2 class=\"cp-section-title\">5. Alteration Service For selected designs, Caleelilou offers paid alteration services to help achieve a more comfortable and flattering fit. Available alterations may include: Taking in the bust. Taking in the waist. Reducing the garment by up to one size, depending on the design and construction. Shortening the length of dresses or trousers. While we always strive to accommodate alteration requests, the feasibility of each adjustment depends on the design, fabric and construction of the garment. Our team will carefully assess each request and recommend the most suitable solution before confirming the alteration. Certain designs, particularly those featuring intricate construction, delicate fabrics or hand-finished details, may not be suitable for alteration. Alteration fees and estimated completion times will be confirmed after our team has reviewed your garment and specific request. Once a garment has been altered at the customer&#8217;s request, it is no longer eligible for exchange, unless the issue results from a manufacturing defect or an error by Caleelilou. 5. Exchanges for Another Design You may exchange your item for another design of equal or greater value. If the replacement item is priced higher, you will be required to pay the price difference. If the replacement item is priced lower, the difference in price is non-refundable. All exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your request is processed. 6. Shipping Costs If the exchange is required due to a manufacturing defect or an error by Caleelilou, we will cover all shipping costs. For exchanges or alteration requests made for personal preference, including size changes, customers are responsible for both return and reshipping costs. 7.
