If a product has defects resulting from the manufacturing (e.g., torn fabric, pilling, detached buttons, loose embellishments, or color fading not caused by detergents), we will recall the product and provide a replacement.<\/p>

2. Size\/Model Exchange\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and need to exchange the size or model, we will accommodate your request, subject to stock availability. Customers are responsible for any incurred shipping costs (both ways).<\/p>

  • Each order is eligible for a one-time return or exchange only.<\/li>
  • Customers must record a video while unboxing the package to ensure their rights in the exchange\/return process.<\/li>

    – 15 working days for international orders.
