Every Caleelilou garment is thoughtfully crafted using carefully selected fabrics and refined finishing techniques. With proper care, your piece can maintain its beauty and accompany you through many memorable occasions.

We recommend following the care instructions below to help preserve the colour, texture and silhouette of your garment.

1. General Care

Handle delicate fabrics gently to avoid snagging, stretching or unnecessary friction.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight when storing or drying your garment.
Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals.
Keep garments away from rough surfaces or sharp accessories that may damage delicate fabrics.

2. Silk

Professional dry cleaning whenever possible.
If hand washing is necessary, use cold water and a mild detergent specifically formulated for silk.
Do not soak for extended periods.
Do not wring or twist the fabric.
Lay flat or hang to dry naturally in a shaded area.

3. Satin

Gentle hand wash or professional dry clean.
Wash separately using cold water.
Avoid rubbing the fabric surface.
Steam gently to remove wrinkles.
Avoid high temperatures when ironing.

4. Organza, Tulle & Chiffon

These lightweight fabrics should be handled with extra care.

Professional dry cleaning is recommended.
Avoid pulling or snagging the fabric.
Steam at a safe distance using low heat.
Store hanging to help preserve the garment's shape.

5. Lace & Embellished Garments

Garments featuring lace, sequins, crystals, pearls or hand-finished embellishments require additional care.

Professional dry cleaning only.
Avoid excessive friction.
Store separately to prevent embellishments from catching on other garments.
Handle gently when dressing and undressing.

6. Ironing & Steaming

Use a garment steamer whenever possible.
If ironing is necessary, use the lowest suitable temperature.
Always place a pressing cloth between the iron and the fabric.
Avoid direct heat on embellishments, lace or delicate trims.

7. Storage

To help preserve the garment's silhouette:

Hang garments on padded or wide-shoulder hangers.
Store in a breathable garment bag.
Avoid overcrowding wardrobes.
Keep garments in a cool, dry environment.

For heavily embellished or structured pieces, laying the garment flat may be more suitable for long-term storage.

8. Travelling with Your Garment

When travelling:

Use a garment bag whenever possible.
Hang the garment immediately after arrival.
Allow time for natural wrinkles to relax before steaming.
Avoid folding delicate fabrics for extended periods.

Proper care not only protects the fabric but also helps maintain the garment's original silhouette and craftsmanship over time.

Hướng dẫn bảo quản sản phẩm

Được tạo nên để đồng hành cùng bạn trong nhiều khoảnh khắc đáng nhớ.

Mỗi thiết kế của Caleelilou được hoàn thiện từ những chất liệu được tuyển chọn kỹ lưỡng cùng quy trình may và hoàn thiện tỉ mỉ. Việc chăm sóc và bảo quản đúng cách sẽ giúp sản phẩm giữ được phom dáng, màu sắc và vẻ đẹp theo thời gian.

1. Hướng dẫn chung

Hạn chế để sản phẩm tiếp xúc với vật sắc nhọn hoặc bề mặt thô ráp.
Không sử dụng thuốc tẩy hoặc hóa chất mạnh.
Tránh phơi trực tiếp dưới ánh nắng gắt trong thời gian dài.
Bảo quản sản phẩm ở nơi khô ráo, thoáng mát.

2. Lụa

Giặt hấp chuyên nghiệp.
Nếu giặt tay, sử dụng nước lạnh và dung dịch chuyên dụng dành cho lụa.
Không ngâm sản phẩm trong thời gian dài.
Không vắt xoắn.
Phơi tự nhiên trong bóng râm.

3. Satin

Giặt tay nhẹ hoặc giặt hấp.
Giặt riêng với nước lạnh.
Không chà xát mạnh lên bề mặt vải.
Ưu tiên sử dụng bàn ủi hơi nước.
Tránh nhiệt độ quá cao khi ủi.

4. Organza, Tulle & Chiffon

Các chất liệu mỏng nhẹ cần được bảo quản cẩn thận.

Khuyến khích giặt hấp.
Tránh để vải mắc vào trang sức hoặc vật sắc nhọn.
Là hơi ở nhiệt độ thấp.
Treo sản phẩm sau khi sử dụng để giữ phom.

5. Ren & Thiết kế đính kết

Đối với các thiết kế có ren, kim sa, pha lê, ngọc trai hoặc chi tiết đính thủ công:

Chỉ nên giặt hấp.
Hạn chế ma sát mạnh.
Bảo quản riêng để tránh mắc vào các sản phẩm khác.
Mặc và cởi nhẹ nhàng nhằm bảo vệ các chi tiết đính kết.

6. Ủi & Là hơi

Khuyến khích sử dụng bàn ủi hơi nước.
Nếu sử dụng bàn ủi, hãy chọn mức nhiệt phù hợp với từng chất liệu.
Luôn đặt một lớp vải mỏng giữa bàn ủi và sản phẩm.
Không ủi trực tiếp lên ren, chi tiết đính kết hoặc các bề mặt nhạy cảm với nhiệt.

7. Bảo quản

Để giữ sản phẩm luôn trong tình trạng tốt nhất:

Treo bằng móc có bản vai rộng.
Sử dụng túi bảo quản thoáng khí.
Không treo quá sát các sản phẩm khác.
Bảo quản ở nơi khô ráo, thoáng mát.

Đối với các thiết kế có cấu trúc nặng hoặc nhiều chi tiết đính kết, có thể bảo quản nằm phẳng để giữ phom sản phẩm.

8. Khi mang theo trong chuyến đi

Sử dụng túi đựng trang phục.
Treo sản phẩm ngay khi đến nơi.
Để sản phẩm tự giãn nếp trước khi là hơi.
Hạn chế gấp sản phẩm trong thời gian dài.
